Terms governing use of the BRV corporate website and general insurance and takaful information.

1. Website operator and purpose
brvsb.my is owned and managed by Brilliant Revenue Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (202201006735 / 1452432-T) (“BRV”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This website provides general information about insurance and takaful solutions and enables visitors to make enquiries. BRV is a registered insurance agent, not the insurer or takaful operator underwriting the products.

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute a personalised recommendation, binding offer or guarantee of coverage. Suitability depends on your circumstances and the relevant product terms.
3. Quotations and commencement of cover
Any premium, contribution, benefit or quotation information is indicative unless expressly confirmed by the relevant provider. Prices and terms may change following underwriting. Submitting an enquiry, application or payment does not by itself mean cover is accepted or in force. Cover starts only in accordance with the insurer’s or takaful operator’s confirmation and applicable policy or certificate terms.
4. Policy and certificate documents
Coverage, exclusions, waiting periods, limits, conditions, deductibles and claims rights are determined by the final policy or takaful certificate, schedule, endorsements and applicable documents issued by the provider. Where general website descriptions differ from issued contractual documents, the latter govern to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete and not misleading. Non-disclosure or misrepresentation may affect underwriting, validity of cover or claims, subject to applicable law and product terms.
